They got their name from the leftover “pot cake” (scrapings from cooking pots) that locals would feed them. And the coolest part? They come in every shape, size, and color imaginable. No two potcakes are ever the same, each one completely unique. "Potcat", of course, has been the loving nickname given to the kitties from the same areas, meeting the same description.
